At Playkids Grand Mall Varna we turn every birthday into an unforgettable adventure! We are experts in organizing children's birthdays and offer everything you need to make your little one's celebration truly unique.
▶️ Reservation: Booking is done on-site at Playkids Grand Mall Varna and requires a deposit. If the reservation is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable, but you can reschedule the event for another date or receive a voucher to use some of the services on-site.
▶️ Duration: A birthday party lasts about 2 hours. If you want to extend the fun, you can pay extra.
▶️ Cake: You can bring your own cake, but only with a quality certificate. A cake ordered from Playkids can be canceled up to 4 days before the birthday.
▶️ Changes: Any changes to the reservation and final arrangements must be made up to 2 days before the event. On the day of the event, adding or removing seats or catering is not possible.
▶️ Start Time: The fun starts no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. If there are latecomers, no problem, they can simply join the ongoing play.
▶️ Capacity: During events, the children's corner remains open for visits from other children, and up to 3 birthdays can be held simultaneously, depending on the size of the groups.
▶️ Children under 4 years old: They can attend only with an adult companion or a pre-arranged personal animator for an additional fee.
▶️ Parent Catering: For parents who prefer to stay and be part of the fun, we offer special catering. They can enjoy delicious snacks and refreshing drinks while the children have fun.
▶️ Gift: The birthday child and all their friends will receive a small surprise gift from us to make the celebration truly special.
At PlayKids, we also create the decoration for your celebration. For this reason, any external decoration is subject to an additional "Import" fee.
